Builder Matt Fields understands the different needs and desires of buyers looking for a solid custom home builder to breathe life into their Texas-sized dreams. We can build from your plans or we can help you in the design process. Given that our plans always involve detail-oriented work, we seek to limit the number of homes we build each year, enabling us to focus on the fine points of your project and provide deserved attention to the construction of your new home.
Entering Texas Tech University, builder and president, Matt Fields, had already spent years growing up in the family custom home construction business in Marble Falls, developing a solid work ethic and dedication to his craft. After earning a business degree with a minor in construction engineering technology, he worked nationally including Idaho, overseeing the development of the Tamarack Resort, a four-season mountain resort in Long Valley consisting of hotel rooms, studios restaurants, and condominiums. Over time, Matt made his way back to the Texas Hill Country area and resumed doing what he loves doing – building custom homes and making people’s dreams come true. He and his wife, Skye, along with two beautiful children, currently live in the Marble Falls area. The company has maintained a strong community relationship through involvement with various organizations, including the Marble Falls Chamber of Commerce and the Hill Country Builders Association, where he has served in the leadership position of Highland Lakes President for several years. These community ties remain a solid bedrock upon which our company continues growing each day in service to homebuyers. Our Superintendent, Ross Bingham, has been on the FieldsCo team since 2017. Ross, a native of Marble Falls, graduated from Texas A&M in 2013 and went on to serve in the United States Army as a Field Artillery Officer. After his time in the Army, Ross moved back to Marble Falls and discovered his passion for building custom homes. Ross has found that the path beginning with a sketch on a sheet of paper to a completed custom home is incredibly rewarding and he truly enjoys the lifelong relationships made with our homeowners along the way. He and his wife, Caybrie, are expecting their first child in December 2020 and are excited to be raising a family in the Texas Hill Country.
